Every FP Journe Octa Chronograph timepiece bears the trademark Latin motto "Invenit et Fecit" which literally means "invented and made" both on the front dial and caseback, showing how proud the maker Francois-Paul Journe is of his creation. Looking both sleek and polished, the Chronograph line comes in 30mm to 40mm limited platinum or pink gold cases and shows a ruthenium dial with oversized date display, chronograph counter and a guilloched time and seconds subdials. Fitted with a fly-back and return-to-zero functions, the FP Journe Octa Chronograph also has a nicely knurled chronograph and crown for ease of use as well as Arabic hour marker and blued steel hands. Powered by the F.P. Journe Caliber 1300 with automatic winding movement and a 22k gold rotor with a 5-day power reserve, the FP Journe Octa Chronograph watch is definitely Swiss watchmaking at its finest.
