Blancpain Aqua Lung
The Blancpain Aqua Lung is considered to be one of the first quality dive watches produced since the 1950s. As a testament to its quality, it was used by the US, German, Israeli, and French Navy and was also the official dive watch used by Jacques Costeaus crew while filming The Silent World. Though Blancpain still produces variations of the Aqua Lung as a tribute to the first model, the original 1950s Aqua Lung is highly collectible and sought after by watch connoisseurs. Unlike other dive watches, the Blancpain Aqua Lung features a clean dial with Arabic and index markers. It comes in a 40 mm case in either steel, 18kt rose gold, or titanium and powered by the brand�s automatic 17-jewel nickel movement. The Aqua Lung is truly a legacy that Blancpain has endowed the horological industry and will remain one of the legends in diving watches.
