Home > Trade-Ins

The typical trade in procedure begins with our client first figuring our which watch they would like to acquire. Once this is done, we need to receive the details of the watch that is for trade. We will give an estimate for the trade allowance.

Once everything is agreed to we will issue the customer a proforma invoice stipulating our agreement. We will then email a pre-paid fedex airbill that will get the trade in to our office in Beverly Hills. Then we will do a final inspection on the watch to make sure it is as described. Once it is approved we will go ahead and charge the customer the balance and ship their watch. The whole process takes 3 days usually.
