Ebel Sportwave
Husband and wife tandem, Eugene Blum and Alice Levy founded Ebel in 1911 and received their gold medal from the prestigious Swiss National Exhibition just a short three years later. This is a huge testament to the quality of watches that comes out of Ebels workshop. Most of these timepieces possess delicate curves and seamless fit between the round face and the bracelet, as is the case with the Ebel Sportwave collection. The brushed steel, gold, or titanium case houses a quartz or automatic movement and smoothly transitions into a "wave" bracelet or rubber strap. The Ebel Sportwave offers a good variety of dial options -- classically clean with hours, minutes, seconds, and date, or sporty with a chronograph function and brightly colored background. Built in a dimension ranging from 28mm to 45mm, the screwed down case back of the Ebel Sportwave guarantees an impressive water resistance of 100m to 500m.
