In the watchmaking universe, Greubel Forsey shot to fame with the Double Tourbillon 30�, cementing the companys reputation for creating unique timepieces through their EWT technique. And what better way to pay homage than to launch a line with all the elements that made DT 30� an epic success- and more. Enter Greubel Forsey IP 1 (Invention Piece 1) with its visually arresting dial. It features two triangular time indicators - red for the hours and blue for the minutes - orbiting the double tourbillon which is in turn supported by a large polished bridge. Completing the Greubel Forsey IP 1 dial is the power reserve indicator and the second sub-dial. Powered by automatic movement, what makes the Greubel Forsey IP 1 even more special is the story of DT 30� in bas-relief on the backcase. That, and the fact that it is a limited edition of only 11 pieces each in platinum, white, and rose gold.
