Vacheron Constantin Historiques
The Historique American 1921 was designed back in the 1920's by Vacheron to sell in the american market for driver's. Offset dial made it easier to read while driving so wrist would not have to be turned. Very few pieces made....watch is not numbered but only 150pcs were made in 2009.
