Exhibiting deep passion for horology, famous collector and consultant David Zanetta partnered with watchmaker Denis Flageollet to build De Bethune in La Chaux LAuberson in the Swiss Jura region. This was in 2002. In a span of 11 years, the manufacture stands proudly alongside some of the most prestigious watch brands. De Bethune watches are exceptionally well-designed and functional, youd think they had been around for ages. Youll get the same impression with the Debethune DB 5. The 42mm 18k white or yellow gold case houses an automatic movement and is made more distinct by its torpedo-like lugs. The dial of a Debethune DB 5 is a true classic, hand-guilloched and painted with black Roman numerals along with blued steel "Breguet" hands indicating the hours, minutes, and seconds. A power reserve of 36 hours assure uninterrupted precise timekeeping from a precious Debethune DB 5.
