Perhaps the key to Corum's success is its application of time-tested horological practices as it designs and make the watches of the future. Established in 1955 in La Chaux-de- Fonds by Rene Bannwart and Gaston Ries, the duo unlocked the mystery of exemplary watchmaking. In 1966, they introduced Corum Romvlvs Chrono - a collection highly recognizable for its bezel engraved with Roman Numeral hour markers and the key emblem on the crown and black guilloche or white dial. Crafted from stainless steel, the Corum Romvlvs Chrono measures 44mm. Utilizing an automatic mechanism with a power reserve of 42h, it features an automatic movement. A multifaceted timepiece and fitted with black crocodile leather strap or steel bracelet, the Corum Romvlvs Chrono displays an array of functions from the basic hours and minutes to seconds, date, month and chronograph functions.
